P90X2 Hybrid

Yesterday afternoon and evening, I didn't do any specific fitness activity.  I did do some yard work quickly before it got dark.

This morning I started on my P90X2 hybrid.  I guess I really started on it yesterday, but yesterday's workout wasn't from P90X2 - hence the "hybrid".  This morning I did P90X2 Balance + Power.  I haven't done much stability work for awhile, so some of this was hard.  I'm trying to concentrate on keeping my butt down in the planks.  I burned about 180 calories.
