Yesterday afternoon I did a short run, which was my last run before the MCM 10K race on Sunday. i ran 3.0 mi in 30:00 on the treadmill. I increased my pace throughout again, so I averaged 6.0 mph. I ran this without a drink, since it was short. I had hoped to not take any breaks because of that, but that didn't happen. Blah. Lately I've been feeling more tired again, so I'm wondering if I really am getting over my anemia.
This morning I did Cathe Friedrich's 4 Day Split Kickbox workout. This is a fun one. I burned about 200 calories.
