Yesterday was my rest day, so I didn't do any activity in the afternoon or evening. My Basis Peak was not happy with me for missing so many habits yesterday.
This morning I did P90X2 Balance + Power. I improved my reps on a number of moves. I'm still working especially hard on keeping my torso straight, which definitely slows me down on some of them. I can feel it, too. I burned about 120 calories.
