Short Run

Yesterday afternoon after work, I did the next run on my training schedule.  I ran 40 minutes on the treadmill.  I increased my speed from 5.8 mph to 6.2 mph, averaging 6 mph.  This gave 4.0 mi for the distance.  This run was much easier than the run on Saturday.

This morning I did Insanity the Asylum vol. 2 Agility Tutorial, followed by Pure Contact.  This is the last time for this combination for awhile, which is too bad, because it's a good one.  Have to change things up, though!  I burned about 205 calories.
