Yesterday afternoon I did a 50-min run on the treadmill. I increased the speed from 5.8 mph to 6.2 mph so the average was 6 mph and the distance was 5 mi. The first half of the run felt pretty good, while the last half was harder.
This morning I did Insanity the Asylum vol. 2 Agility Tutorial, followed by Pure Contact. I do like this combination, although I will say that the pike-ups in Pure Contact really get me. I burned 200 calories; more than the last couple times, but I had two interruptions.
