Outside Run

Yesterday afternoon I did a run outside after work.  This is going to be my last after-work outside run of the season, because we switch back to standard time this weekend and it will be too dark.  I ran from my house to the Georgetown Branch Trail and back.  I ran about 3.48 mi in 35:30, which averages to about 5.9 mph.  It was chilly, which felt good during the run, but froze me afterward.  I was trying not to push too hard, although that was hard on the return leg, which has a lot of uphill.

This morning I did P90X2 X2 Total Body.  I added in 3 sets of 8 reps of front shoulder raises with 12 lb per hand.  I really would like my shoulders to look less knobby.  I burned about 200 cal.
