Saturday Boxing

Yesterday was my rest day, so I didn't do any activity in the afternoon or evening.  I haven't had so few steps in a day in a long time!

This morning I went to the 11:30am boxing class.  I went to the one in late morning instead of earlier so that I could sleep in and continue my efforts at getting more sleep.  The class was not scheduled to be taught by my favorite instructor, but I figure that would be OK.  As it turns out, he had a sub - also not my favorite instructor, but better.  The class was OK, but I didn't find it to be very hard, despite the fact that my Basis Peak said I burned a pretty typical number of calories.
