Short Run

Yesterday after dinner I did a short run, partly to get in some activity and partly to see how it felt.  The run actually felt pretty good!  I ran for 30 min at a speed increasing from 5.8 mph to 6.2 mph in order to average 6 mph.  The distance was 3.0 miles.  I didn't push at all, but the run felt OK.

This morning I went to a boxing class.  Not my favorite instructor, but the class was OK.  Tomorrow I am going to skip boxing because I have an 11-mi run scheduled.
