Short Run

Yesterday evening I did a short run, mostly to burn some calories.  I ran for 30 min at a speed increasing from 5.8 to 6.2 mph, with an average of 6 mph.  The distance totaled 3.0 mi.  This run was pretty tough, because I was still tired from 10 mi on Saturday, so I took a lot of breaks.

This morning I did P90X Legs & Back.  I increased my weights on a couple exercises, and I did more pull-ups.  I am hopeful that this week I won't be quite as sore as last week; so far, so good.  I burned about 185 calories.
