Extra Boxing

Yesterday afternoon I did a boxing class.  It's not one that I usually go to, but I wanted to do something that wasn't horribly strenuous after my long run on Sunday.  The class fit the bill.  We did do some good plyo/jumping, but nothing that killed me.

This morning I did P90X2 X2 Core.  It's so hard to get the form correct on all the moves in this workout.  I think I'm doing OK, and then I look in the mirror and my butt is up or something.  I burned about 215 calories in the workout, which was quite a bit more than last time.
