Shorter Long Run

Yesterday afternoon I did a shorter long run.  Only 6 mi at 6.0 mph, which took an hour.  This didn't feel too hard, so hopefully that's good.  I'm not running anything longer than 4 miles between now and the half-marathon on Sep. 14.

This morning my weight was over 128 lb!  It's like I didn't lose anything after vacation!  So frustrating.  Where is it coming from?

This morning I did my usual Sunday boxing class.  It was not too tough, but my calorie burn was a little higher than usual.
