Easy Run

Yesterday after work, I did an easy run.  This run wasn't on my training schedule, but I figure it's better to get some extra running in if I can.  I ran for 40 min on the treadmill at 5.1 mph, which came to a distance of 3.4 mi.  These runs really are starting to feel pretty easy, which I suppose is good.

This morning, I did my shortened version of P90X2 Recovery + Mobility.  I burned about 75 calories.
